Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be 50% of the quoted fee or £25 – whichever is greatest.

  • I will send you an invoice (to be paid by bank transfer) and the deposit is required within 24hrs, otherwise I will offer the appointment to someone else. You will receive a receipt for your deposit and this is then deducted on the day from your total service cost.

  • In exceptional circumstances, I may agree to refund the deposit to you (minus any card fee’s) if you cancel before 7 days of your appointment. Within 7 days of your appointment your deposit is non- refundable and non-transferrable. Any further appointments will require another deposit.

  • Your deposit would be refunded (or transferred to another booking) if I need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason.

  • All prices are quotes until I actually see the condition of your hair.

  • Colour services require a skin test at least 48hrs in advance. You therefore need to arrange to visit the studio in advance of your appointment.

  • Extensions require a sample of your hair in order for me to ensure that I have the ideal colour range for your hair. You can either arrange to send me a sample through the post, or arrange an in-person consultation. I need to receive the hair sample at least 7 days before your appointment.


Consultations

  • Consultations are free however these need to be fitted in around my bookings so will therefore be at a time that suits my schedule.

  • If you fail to show for a consultation, I have the right to charge you a consultation fee of £25 when booking a further consultation which is non-refundable.


Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you find unavoidable delays on the day, please let me know immediately on 07807 974153. Depending on time and bookings for the day, it may be that I need to reschedule to another date and a further deposit would be required.
